About me

So you’ve never heard of my name in authors’ circles so why am I offering advice on writing? Well, good question. And I guess I would say I’m just like you— an amateur writer trying to become better. But I do have a few qualifications that give me something to offer: I have been a professional communicator for over thirty years utilizing both written and spoken communication. I hold a graduate degree from a traditional, brick-and-mortar institution and approximately thirty hours toward a second graduate degree (i.e. a LOT of writing). I have completed a collegiate level online course in writing (formerly Longridge Writer’s Group). And I have a few published works. But mostly, I’m still learning. So let’s learn together!
